Hawk Search is a boutique Executive Search firm established in 2009 by Áine Hall.
We work with corporations that sell market moving news, research, data, software and technology solutions to investment banks, investment managers, hedge funds, IFAs and corporations.
We manage search mandates for financial market reporters, analysts and economists who create research, data and news products across all asset classes. We also successfully handle mandates for sales, support, product and marketing executives.
OUR APPROACH
Communicating clearly and pro-active customer service are important to us. We work consultatively with clients and candidates with the aim of finding the right person for the job. We commit to understanding our clients, their competitors and the financial markets industry. Our approach is highly collaborative.
We undertake retained and results-based searches for our clients.
OUR FEES
Our fees are search-specific and will be agreed at the start of each assignment.
OUR TEAM
Áine (pronounced Ornia) Hall has 15 years' experience working in the financial markets, most recently with 6 years in executive recruitment. She very much enjoys being a headhunter, particularly the variety of business development, research, client relationship management, networking and contract negotiation.
Andrew Hall has over twenty years' experience working in the insurance industry. He was a broker for many years before running the UK back-office operations of a US insurance broker. He manages administration, accounts and IT for Hawk Search Limited.
We work to live. We have two sons and having a good work life balance is important to us. Outside of work, Áine loves reading modern literature and is addicted to the book section on Amazon. She also organises a local badminton club and plays regularly. She is a Parent Governor at Woolmer Hill Technology College. Andrew enjoys the history book section of Amazon. He loves wildlife, gardening, current affairs and watching sport.
OUR NAME
We chose the name Hawk Search as the hawk hovers and surveys the entire landscape before swooping down and finding its target.
