Our client is a global corporation with a business division that provides market moving intelligence and insight for hedge funds, investment managers, ECM desks and proprietary trading desks. We are working with their banking business division that breaks news around European banking corporations as well as the EC regulatory framework in which they operate.
We seek a senior financial journalist with a track record of breaking news on companies in the banking sector. You will do this by analysing the financials of the organisations and providing insightful coverage. You will scoop high profile M&A deals and corporate events. You will also tap into your excellent network of contacts to break stories. You will follow deals from rumour through to execution writing a combination of shorter market moving pieces as well as longer insightful coverage.
Salary will be commensurate with experience with an excellent benefits package.
