Our client is a global corporation with offices in Europe, America and Asia. They sell data and software solutions across debt capital markets, equity capital markets, loan syndication and M&A. Their clients are investment banks. We are working with their M&A business division.
We seek an M&A Business Development Manager. This is a commercial role where you will identify, evaluate and promote new product opportunities across our client's M&A business division. You will regularly meet with clients and prospects to understand their current and future plans and ensure that products adapt in line with customer demands. You will bring this intelligence into the oprganisation in order to devise strategies for our client's revenue growth. You will work closely with sales teams to help them sell new products and understand market trends. You will also collaborate closely with product teams in order to adapt current products or build new solutions.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of M&A data products as well as very good customer facing skills. You will have excellent project management skills as well as strong commercial awareness.
